Description of job:

1. Possess abundant capital resources, familiar with financing channels such as banks, trusts, and gold exchanges;

2. Find and negotiate potential target customers, and reach financing service agreements with customers;

3. Liaise and negotiate with investment institutions, financial institutions, credit banks, core customers and other relevant units to establish and maintain good cooperative relations;

4. Prepare relevant documents required for financing, including project briefs, business plans, due diligence documents, etc.;

5. Have a certain sense of service and be able to work under pressure;

6. Good at the establishment and maintenance of public relations; good language expression skills, communication and coordination skills;

7. Undertake project promotion and implementation work;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders and departments.

Job requirements:

1. 23-32 years old, bachelor degree or above;

2. Received training in finance, securities investment, project financing, economic law, etc.;

3. More than 2 years of work experience in financial institutions; relevant work experience in banking, factoring, securities, funds, trust, etc. is preferred;

4. Have excellent analytical skills, good communication and coordination skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills; have business awareness, cost awareness, strong execution, teamwork, and strong pressure-bearing ability;

5. Familiar with the procedures, operation and management capabilities of capital operation projects;

6. Have a comprehensive understanding of corporate investment and financing planning and implementation, and have successful cases of investment and financing operations, and understand corporate mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, capital operations and other related businesses;

7. Have good communication, coordination and learning skills;
